1. Private Domain Declaration
2. Purpose & Objectives
The Association operates outside the public domain. Members interact with one another and the Association solely under private contract, governed by the Common Law and the constitutional rights to freedom of association and contract.
The Association aims to foster mutual support, educational growth, and shared services among members in a spirit of goodwill and collective advancement.

Voluntary Association: Membership is voluntary and subject to approval. Rights & Privileges: Access to private facilities, communications, products, and services. Dues & Fees: Member agrees to pay fees according to tier selected.
Member acknowledges that Association activities, advice, and services occur strictly within the private realm and do not constitute public or licensed commercial services. Member waives the right to bring regulatory complaints in public jurisdictions.

All proceedings, materials, records, and communications of the Association are strictly confidential and intended for internal member use only.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. The Association reserves the right to revoke membership for rule violations, breach of confidentiality, or undisclosed reasons.
